【FAQ】：PC132 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo

Q1: Where is the USB receiver?

A: Generally, the USB receiver is placed beside of the battery component. Please refer to the picture.

 

Q2: How to rematch the code?

A: For Mouse:

1.Make the mouse close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver

2.Remove and install the battery again.

3.Long press right button and the scroll simultaneously.

For keyboard:

1.Make the keyboard close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver.

2.Remove and install the battery again.

3.LONG press the “ESC” button and “K” button simultaneously.

 

Q3: The mouse doesn’t work.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please make surethat the USB receiver can be recognized by your computer first.
  • Please make surethat the mouse can be turned Just install a new battery correctly and try it in another USB port or computer. If yes, the light indicator will be on when you click the DPI button.
  • Please keep the mouse close to the USB receiver. Make sure thatthere are no obstacles around the mouse.
  • Please re-match the code to test whether it works again.

 

Q4: The keyboard doesn’t work.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please try a new battery.
  • Please plug the USB receiver to another computer and try it.
  • Please shorten the distance between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
  • Please re-match the code to test whether it works again.

 

Q5: Neither mouse and keyboard doesn’t work.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please plug the receiver into another USB port and try it.
  • Please make sure toinstall the original USB receiver.
  • Please re-match the code for the mouse and the keyboard respectively.

 

Q6: The mouse ran out battery fast.

A: Please note that the lifespan depends on the quality of battery and usage frequency. Please try new brand battery.

 

Q7: The scroll wheel doesn’t work. The scroll wheel has no response.

A: Please try it with other applications to test whether it works again.

 

Q8: The mouse cursor got delay/ didn’t perform well.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please try a new battery to test whether it works better.
  • Please make sure that the distance between your mouse and the USB receiver is as close as possible.
  • Please adjust the CPI to a lower level by pressing the CPI button.
  • Please kindly make sure that there are no other interference, such as other wireless mouse, Wi-Fi signal metal objects.
  • If the USB port for inserting USB receiver is at the back of motherboard or TV, it will be better to add a extension cord to insert the USB receiver.

 

Q9: The cursor has no response.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please clean the bottom lens of Mouse, in case that there is any dust or foreign matter;
  • Please re-adjust the position of the bottom lens.

 

Q10: There were no response or any output when i was pressing some of keys.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please make sure that the keyboard is unlock state. (Unlock shortcut: FN+F12)
  • Please press the button strongly , in case that there is any foreign matter inside of it.
  • Please remove the key cap and adjust the position of the key.

 

Q11: The output delayed when i was pressing some of keys.

A: Please try it with following steps:

  • Please restart your computer first, and install new batteries correctly for your keyboard.
  • Please shorten the distance between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
  • Please make sure that there is no obstacle between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
