How long does delivery take?
Order Dispatch: If product stocks are available in local warehouse, your orders will be sent out in 24 business hours, and shipping information will be updated in 72 business hours. Otherwise, it may take 5 business days to dispatch your parcel from overseas warehouse.

How will my delivery be shipped out?
Your parcel will be dispatched by different logistics system based on shipping regions:
US: USPS/DHL
CA: Canada Post
AU: Australia Post
UK: Royal Mail
EU: DHL Express
Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary.
For international packages, how customs charge?
Customers will pay for the customs on international packages (EU & UK).
Should I pay for taxes?
Regions to collect taxes: Illinois
Apart from Illinois, taxes will be covered in other regions.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
