VicTsing provides an extent warranty for our VIP members. But how can I get the warranty? Here is the guide for you to get the warranty.
First, you need to sign in or sign up on VicTsing site.
Then, you will be redirected to your profile page. On the profile page, you need to scroll down and find the order submit section. Just as the picture indicates below:
Submit your order number here. (Note: Please select the right Amazon platform, or our system cannot recognize your order ID.) Our system will check the infomation of your order after you submit. (This would take some time, up to 24 hours if your info is corrected.)
Next, you can back to profile and find warranty (as the picture shows), select the order number to see the end date of warranty. Note: Different order IDs will have different end dates.
