How to get the member points?
If you have purchased VicTsing products on amzon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.it, amazon.de, amazon.es, amazon.fr, amazon.co.uk, amazon.com.mx amazon.com.au, you can submit the order number on VicTsing website to get member points. One USD dollar equals to 1 point, and other currency like EUR, CAD will be converted into USD first.
Where to submit the order number?
Go to your profile page (please sign in first) and scroll down, there is a section that you can redeem your order.
Attention: when you sumbit the order number, please choose the right amazon platform. If you sumbit the order just after you placed the order on amazon, our system may not be able to recognize your order because of a data delay between amazon seller center and our database. But don't worry, you can try to sumbit it after you receive the product. That is recommended.
Then how to exchange products?
On your profile top, there is a button with "Product Exchange & 20% off deal". Click the button to the points store page.Then, click the free product. In this section, you can exchange the product you like. Of course, make sure your points are enough.
If you are the first time to exchange a product, you'll be asked to fill in the address information. For this process, you do not need to add any payment information, like credit card or PayPal account.
